Pael's Tooth

Pael's Tooth is a Boss relic in Slay the Spire 2 that adds 2 additional damage to every Attack card you play. Unlike Strength, this bonus is a flat damage increase that applies equally to every Attack regardless of scaling or multipliers, providing consistent damage enhancement throughout every fight.

Two extra damage on every Attack may seem modest, but it applies to every single Attack card played. In a typical combat turn where you play 2-3 Attacks, that is 4-6 free damage per turn. Over a 10-turn fight, Pael's Tooth adds 40-60 damage with zero Energy or card investment. For decks that play many cheap Attacks per turn, the bonus is even more significant.

Pael's Tooth is part of the Pael's relic series and is strongest in Attack-heavy builds with high Attack play frequency. It synergizes with cheap Attack strategies, Shiv builds, and any deck that prioritizes Attack card plays over Skills and Powers. The relic pairs well with Vajra and Pael's Claw for stacking damage bonuses, and with multi-hit cards where each hit receives the bonus. Pael's Tooth provides reliable, uncomplicated offensive power for any build that plays Attacks regularly.
