Haunt
Whenever you play a Soul, a random enemy loses 6 HP.
Haunt is an uncommon Necrobinder Power that causes a random enemy to lose 6 HP whenever you play a Soul card. This passive damage turns every Soul play into both its normal effect and a free 6 damage, rewarding the Necrobinder's Souls/Blood Magic archetype with sustained damage output.
Haunt synergizes with Devour Life, which Summons 1 Osty whenever you play a Soul, creating a dual trigger where Soul plays both damage enemies and reinforce Osty. Dredge and Seance retrieve cards from the Graveyard, including Souls, enabling repeated triggers. Dirge generates both Summon effects and Souls, feeding Haunt's damage while building Osty.
Haunt is a cornerstone of the Necrobinder's Souls/Blood Magic archetype. Against bosses like Kin Priest where sustained damage is needed, Haunt converts every Soul play into incremental damage. The HP cost of Soul cards is partially offset by the free damage Haunt provides. For Necrobinder players building toward the Blood Magic loop, Haunt is a high-priority pickup that rewards the HP investment in Soul cards.
