Knife Trap

Knife Trap is a 1-cost rare Skill card for the Silent that adds 2 Shivs to your hand whenever you are attacked this turn. Against enemies that attack multiple times, this generates many Shivs, turning enemy aggression into your offense. The Shivs are added to hand and can be played immediately.

Knife Trap pairs with Accuracy to make each reactively generated Shiv deal boosted damage. Afterimage gains Block for each Shiv played, converting the enemy's attacks into your defense. Finisher benefits from all the Shivs as Attacks played this turn. Phantom Blades triggers when this Skill is played, adding yet another Shiv. Blade of Ink can play all accumulated Shivs at once.

Silent players should pick Knife Trap against multi-attack enemies like Soul Fysh and Vantom where it generates many Shivs per turn. It is less effective against enemies with single large attacks. The card combines offense and defense reactively, making it a unique tool in the Silent's Shiv arsenal for fights where enemies attack frequently.
