Bone Shards

Bone Shards is an uncommon Necrobinder attack where Osty deals 9 damage to ALL enemies and you gain Block if Osty is alive. This AoE attack through Osty is the Necrobinder's primary tool for handling multi-enemy encounters, commanding the skeletal companion to damage all targets simultaneously.

Bone Shards pairs with Invoke and Grave Warden to keep Osty healthy for repeated AoE attacks. With Reaper Form active, the AoE damage also applies Doom to all enemies. Combined with End of Days for Doom execution, Bone Shards softens up multiple targets while building toward mass execution. Sacrifice can convert Osty's HP into Block after Bone Shards has dealt its damage.

Bone Shards is essential for the Necrobinder against Hive encounters with multiple enemies, against the Knight Trio elite in Glory, and especially against Doormaker's portal spawns. Without AoE, the Necrobinder struggles with multi-enemy fights. Bone Shards is the primary answer, and multiple copies can be the difference between a successful run and a failed one.
