Feral

The first time you play a 0 Energy Attack each turn, return it to your Hand.

Feral is an uncommon Defect Power costing 2 Energy that returns the first 0-cost Attack you play each turn back to your Hand. This creates an infinite loop of free Attack plays, as the returned card can be played again on subsequent turns without ever leaving your hand permanently.

Feral is the engine that drives 0-cost Attack recursion. Claw returns to hand each turn while scaling its damage permanently. Beam Cell returns to reapply Vulnerable, Go for the Eyes returns for recurring Weak, and FTL provides repeating free damage with card draw. All for One retrieves the entire suite while Feral ensures continuous access.

For the Defect, Feral is a defining card for the 0-cost archetype. Against bosses like Kaiser Crab and Test Subject #C10, Feral with Claw creates unstoppable scaling as Claw's damage grows every turn while always returning to hand. Against Vantom, recurring Go for the Eyes provides permanent Weak uptime. Feral is essential in 0-cost builds and less useful without multiple 0-cost Attacks to recur.
