Snecko Skull is a Common relic in Slay the Spire 2 that adds 1 additional Poison whenever you apply Poison to an enemy. This bonus applies to every single instance of Poison application, turning it into a consistent damage amplifier for Poison-based strategies.

The extra 1 Poison per application may seem small, but it triggers on every Poison-applying card you play. A single Deadly Poison that applies 5 Poison now applies 6, and Bouncing Flask that hits 3 times applies 3 extra Poison total. Over the course of a fight where you play many Poison cards, Snecko Skull can add 10-20 extra Poison, which translates into significant additional damage over time.

Snecko Skull is essential for dedicated Poison builds, particularly on the Silent. It synergizes with Twisted Funnel, which applies opening Poison that triggers the bonus, and with Catalyst, which multiplies the larger Poison stacks that Snecko Skull helps build. The relic is worthless in decks without Poison application, but for any run that includes even a modest Poison package, Snecko Skull provides efficient, reliable damage amplification at Common rarity.
