Calcify is an uncommon Necrobinder power costing 1 Energy that makes Osty's attacks deal 4 additional damage permanently. This straightforward damage boost amplifies every Osty attack for the rest of combat, scaling multiplicatively with multi-hit effects like Rattle.

Calcify turns Rattle's multi-hit attacks into devastating damage chains, adding 4 damage per hit. Poke becomes a 10-damage free attack, Sic 'Em hits harder while generating Summons, and Flatten's already-large 12 damage becomes 16. Protector benefits from both Calcify's bonus and its own Max HP scaling.

In the Necrobinder Osty/Summon archetype, Calcify is a must-play power that makes Osty a genuine offensive threat. Against bosses like Ceremonial Beast and Kaiser Crab, the permanent +4 damage on every Osty attack over a long fight adds hundreds of total damage. Play Calcify as early as possible to maximize the total damage bonus across all subsequent Osty attacks.
