Channel 1 Frost for each enemy in combat. Exhaust.

Chill is an uncommon Defect skill costing 0 Energy that channels 1 Frost Orb for each enemy in combat, then Exhausts. Against multi-enemy encounters, Chill channels 2-4 Frost Orbs for free, providing massive defensive value. Even against single enemies, it channels 1 Frost for 0 Energy, which is efficient.

Chill pairs with Defragment for boosted Frost passive Block across all channeled Orbs, and with Glacier for additional Frost stacking. Loop triggers the rightmost Frost passive for extra Block, and Hailstorm deals AoE damage when Frost is present. Barrage counts all Frost Orbs for damage scaling.

For the Defect, Chill is excellent in multi-enemy encounters and solid against single targets. Against bosses like Ceremonial Beast with multiple enemies, channeling 3-4 Frost for free is game-changing. Against Kin Priest, even 1-2 Frost channels for 0 Energy provides meaningful defense. The Exhaust ensures Chill is a one-time effect, but Hologram can retrieve it for a second use if needed.
