Dark Embrace is a 2-cost Rare Power card for the Ironclad that draws 1 card whenever any card is Exhausted for the rest of combat. This creates a powerful draw engine in decks that Exhaust frequently, ensuring you never run out of cards to play even as your deck shrinks.

Dark Embrace is a cornerstone of Exhaust decks alongside Feel No Pain, which provides Block for each Exhaust while Dark Embrace provides cards. Fiend Fire becomes a massive draw engine, Exhausting your entire hand and drawing replacements immediately. Second Wind, Burning Pact, and Stoke all trigger additional draws. Even True Grit, which Exhausts randomly, becomes a cantrip that replaces itself.

Dark Embrace is a must-pick for Ironclad Exhaust builds. It transforms the downside of Exhaust into an advantage, letting you cycle through your deck at incredible speed. Against long fights like Kaiser Crab, the sustained card draw keeps your options open. It is less useful in decks with few Exhaust cards. Pick it when you already have 3 or more Exhaust cards, and watch for Offering and Burning Pact to pair with it. The Ironclad's Burning Blood relic provides passive healing to complement the aggressive cycling.
