This passive damage triggers on every discard effect, turning hand management into a damage source. In discard-heavy decks, Sneaky can deal substantial incidental damage throughout a fight.

Sneaky synergizes with Calculated Gamble, which discards your entire hand for a barrage of 3-damage hits. Acrobatics, Prepared, and Survivor all trigger Sneaky with their discard effects. Storm of Steel discards your whole hand, dealing 3 damage per card discarded before generating Shivs. Tools of the Trade triggers Sneaky every turn with its mandatory discard.

Silent players should pick Sneaky in discard-heavy decks with Calculated Gamble and multiple discard enablers. It provides chip damage that adds up significantly over a fight against bosses like The Insatiable and Doormaker. The card is weak without sufficient discard triggers, so only commit when your deck has at least 3-4 discard effects.
