Storm of Steel is a 2-cost rare Skill card for the Silent that discards your entire hand and adds a Shiv for each card discarded. This converts your remaining hand into 0-cost Attack Shivs, potentially generating many Shivs in a single play. The number of Shivs depends on how many cards you hold when playing it.

Storm of Steel synergizes powerfully with Accuracy, turning each generated Shiv into a high-damage threat. Reflex and Tactician trigger when discarded by Storm of Steel, providing free card draw and energy respectively. Calculated Gamble can set up a large hand before Storm of Steel converts it all to Shivs. Afterimage provides Block for each Shiv played, turning the Shiv swarm into defense as well.

Silent players should pick Storm of Steel in Shiv builds that have Accuracy and discard synergy cards like Reflex and Tactician. It is devastating against bosses like Kaiser Crab and The Insatiable when combined with damage boosters. Be cautious about the 2-energy cost and the fact that you lose all non-Shiv cards in hand, so plan your turn carefully before playing it.
