Corrosive Wave

Corrosive Wave is a 2-cost rare Skill card for the Silent that applies 7 Poison to ALL enemies and gains 7 Block. This dual-purpose card provides both significant area-of-effect Poison and meaningful defense in a single play. Against groups of enemies, it efficiently poisons the entire field while keeping you protected.

Corrosive Wave synergizes powerfully with Noxious Fumes, which adds passive Poison each turn on top of the 7 applied to all enemies. Outbreak makes each of those Poison stacks grow faster with additional Poison per tick. Footwork enhances the 7 Block with added Dexterity, turning the defensive portion into a substantial shield. Burst plays Corrosive Wave twice, applying 14 Poison to all enemies and gaining 14 Block for devastating value.

This card is exceptional for Silent Poison builds that need area-of-effect coverage. It shines in multi-enemy fights and against bosses like Vantom and Lagavulin Matriarch. Silent players should pick this when they already have Poison support cards, as the 2-cost investment pays off enormously when combined with Poison amplifiers.
