Inferno

Lose 1 HP at the start of your turn. Deal 6 damage to ALL enemies whenever you lose HP.

Inferno is a 2-cost Uncommon Power card for the Ironclad that causes you to lose 1 HP at the start of each turn and deals 6 damage to ALL enemies whenever you lose HP from any source. This creates a passive AoE damage engine that triggers from self-damage cards and the Power's own HP drain.

Inferno triggers from Brutality's HP loss each turn, dealing 6 AoE damage passively alongside the draw. Blood Wall, Hemokinesis, Offering, and Bloodletting all trigger the AoE when played. Rupture gains Strength from the same HP loss that triggers Inferno, double-dipping on the self-damage. Crimson Mantle adds Strength and Block on top of the AoE damage. In a full self-damage build, Inferno can deal 18-30 damage to ALL enemies each turn.

Inferno is the Ironclad's premier AoE engine for self-damage builds. Pick it when you have 3 or more self-damage cards to trigger it frequently. Against multi-enemy fights, the passive AoE clears weak enemies while you focus on the strongest threat. Against Test Subject #C10, Inferno handles summons automatically. Be cautious of the passive HP drain in long fights without healing. The Ironclad's Burning Blood relic helps compensate for the health cost between fights.
