Putrefy

Putrefy is an uncommon Necrobinder skill costing 1 Energy that applies 2 Weak and 2 Vulnerable to an enemy, then Exhausts. This dual debuff in a single card provides comprehensive damage mitigation through Weak and damage amplification through Vulnerable, making it one of the most efficient debuff cards available.

Putrefy enables Debilitate's doubled debuff effectiveness, making 2 Weak and 2 Vulnerable function as 4 each. Sleight of Flesh triggers twice from the dual debuff application. Misery spreads both Weak and Vulnerable to all enemies, and Shared Fate adds Strength reduction on top of Putrefy's debuffs.

In any Necrobinder archetype, Putrefy is a universally valuable utility card. Against bosses like Ceremonial Beast and Lagavulin Matriarch, the combined damage reduction from Weak and damage amplification from Vulnerable swings combat math dramatically in your favor. The Exhaust clause limits it to one use per combat, so time it for a turn where both effects are most impactful.
