Bone Brew provides a unique necromantic effect that manipulates your discard pile or exhausted cards, recovering spent resources for reuse. This potion gives you a second chance to play key cards that have already been used or exhausted, extending your effective deck capacity in critical moments.

Bone Brew is particularly valuable against long boss fights like The Insatiable and Doormaker, where your deck cycles multiple times and recovering key exhausted cards can turn the tide. It is also useful against Test Subject #C10 when you need to replay your strongest cards to push through its massive HP pool.

Necrobinder is the ideal user of Bone Brew, recovering exhausted copies of Forbidden Grimoire or Oblivion for repeated use. It synergizes with Time's Up and Demesne for recursive strategies. Ironclad can recover exhausted Fiend Fire or Offering for repeated burst turns. Silent can retrieve spent copies of Malaise or Wraith Form. Sacred Bark enhances the recovery effect, and Toy Ornithopter heals on use. Sozu makes any potion you do find more precious, so use Bone Brew at the optimal moment.
