Explosive Ampoule is devastating against multi-enemy elite fights and is particularly effective against Soul Fysh and its summoned minions. Save it for encounters with Doormaker where clearing multiple threats quickly prevents the fight from spiraling out of control.

Ironclad pairs Explosive Ampoule with Immolate for layered AoE damage that can wipe entire encounters. Defect can combine it with Electrodynamics for comprehensive multi-target coverage. Silent benefits less from AoE but can use it alongside Noxious Fumes to finish poisoned enemies simultaneously. Necrobinder can follow up with Oblivion for massive board-wide destruction. Sacred Bark doubles the damage for devastating results, and Toy Ornithopter heals on use. Sozu prevents future potion drops, so use Explosive Ampoule liberally if you carry that relic.
