Potion

Fairy in a Bottle

When you would die, heal to 30% of your Max HP instead. (Passive — triggers automatically.)

Fairy in a Bottle automatically activates when you reach zero HP, reviving you with a portion of your health instead of dying. This passive potion does not require manual activation and serves as insurance against unexpected lethal damage, effectively giving you a second life.

Fairy in a Bottle is your ultimate safety net against bosses with unpredictable burst damage like Ceremonial Beast or Doormaker. It is also invaluable against Lagavulin Matriarch, where her sustained pressure can slowly grind you down until a single miscalculation proves fatal.

All characters benefit from Fairy in a Bottle, but Ironclad pairs it especially well with Offering and Brutality, which cost HP and can push you to dangerous thresholds. Burning Blood triggers healing at end of combat, potentially saving you after the Fairy revives you. Necrobinder appreciates the safety net given self-damage from Forbidden Grimoire and Banshee's Cry. Sacred Bark doubles the revival HP for a stronger second chance, and Sozu means you will not find a replacement if you lose it. Toy Ornithopter does not trigger on automatic activation.
