Poison Potion

Poison Potion applies a stack of Poison to a target enemy, dealing escalating damage over time as the Poison ticks down each turn. Poison is a powerful damage type because it deals damage without requiring further card plays, letting you focus on defense while the enemy's HP drains away.

Poison Potion is excellent against high-HP bosses like Soul Fysh and Test Subject #C10, where the cumulative Poison damage over many turns outscales direct damage potions. It is also effective against Lagavulin Matriarch to chip away at her health while you focus on blocking her attacks.

Silent is the natural Poison Potion user, stacking it with Noxious Fumes for passive Poison application each turn and Envenom for Poison on every attack hit. Burst doubles skill effects including Poison-applying skills. Nightmare can duplicate Noxious Fumes for compounded Poison scaling. Ironclad can use Poison as supplementary damage alongside Demon Form. Sacred Bark doubles the Poison applied, and Ring of the Snake helps Silent draw into Poison-synergy cards quickly. Toy Ornithopter heals on use.
