Pact's End is a 3-cost Rare Attack card for the Ironclad that deals 30 damage, then reduces your HP to 1, and Exhausts itself. This ultimate sacrifice play deals massive damage but leaves you on the brink of death, requiring careful setup to survive afterward.
Pact's End triggers Rupture and Crimson Mantle from the massive HP loss, generating enormous Strength and Block. Spite benefits from the huge HP payment, gaining significant bonus damage. Follow up with Reaper to heal back some of the lost HP through damage dealt. Impervious or Barricade can keep you alive at 1 HP. The self-Exhaust triggers Dark Embrace and Feel No Pain. Blood Wall's Block helps stabilize after the HP loss.
Pact's End is the Ironclad's most dramatic gamble. Pick it only when you have strong survival tools like Impervious, Barricade, or Reaper to recover. Against Ceremonial Beast, a well-timed Pact's End can deal the killing blow. Against The Insatiable, dropping to 1 HP is extremely risky. It is a build-around card that requires careful deck construction to use safely. The Ironclad rewards bold play, and Pact's End is the boldest card in the kit.
